Using Caps Key As Second Tab

I think for typists (especially Vim-addicted hackers) mapping Caps Lock to Escape key is much more beneficial as it's less accessible in standard keyboard. But just my opinion and I'm a Vim addict. :D

Home Directory Snapshots

I totally love it.

I created a small script for making a new snapshot, called it mk-snapshot and added it to crontab (I have regular snapshots of my home directory every hour). Also from time to time, when working on my code, I explicitly call mk-snapshot, which takes 0.1 second to run and gives me a point to go back or to later compare to.

It's totally awesome.

I noticed that btrfs has an SSD mode now:

Did you use one of the SSD options when you mounted the btrfs partition for these tests?
